Yeah, Hohner has taken some (usually delightful) strange turns. This here is actually called the Echo Bell, and -- ultimate truth-in-advertising!! -- is two bells bolted to a simple Echo (double-reed "tremolo") harmonica. You flick the little wire loop to ring a bell. The seller here says it's from the '20s, but is also asking $300 so there might be some self-interest there. Aside from the curiosa factor, seems to me like I could fake it with a bicycle bell for MUCH cheaper.
